What is SENCHII®?

SENCHII® is a specially formulated drink powder to push you. Important: we don't just have a powder produced! All our boosters are produced according to strict and controlled requirements of food regulations. Here the focus is on the natural ingredients and gentle manufacturing processes. We want you to benefit maximally from our boosters.

When can you drink a SENCHII® booster?

State and regulatory there are no age restrictions for the sale of caffeinated beverages in Germany. Nevertheless, the consumption of caffeinated beverages in high quantities by adolescents and pregnant women should be reconsidered.

How can I drink SENCHII®?

Very simple, if you have received a shaker from us or already have one: A heaping scoop (included in the cup) and mix with (sparkling) water. The shaker contains a steel ball, which ensures a proper result when shaking. In addition, you can also add ice. *Recommendation: One heaped scoop (8g) per 500 ml. 8g is the recommended maximum amount per day.

Can you mix SENCHII® with other liquids?

You can in principle, here you have to weigh what you like and is good for you. Our recommendation is still water

Is the shaker like others?

Unfortunately, we don't know. We made sure that our shaker is BPA-free. In addition, the shaker holds 600 ml, so you also have room for ice. In addition, our shaker also includes a steel ball. This ensures an optimal mixing result.

Can I also mix the flavors?

Yes, it is possible. You can mix our powder according to your taste. Have fun testing :)

How much powder is in one can?

One can contains 320g of powder for 40 servings of 8g each in 500ml of water. Hey, according to Adam Riese, that's 20 liters ;)

Which flavors are available?

At the moment you can get SENCHII® in three flavors: Liquid Ice, Blackwater Currant, Grapefruit Blast. But we're already working on new flavors, too.

Can is only half full?

This is certainly a bit surprising at the beginning. But this has a filling-technical background. During filling, the powder is filled into the can and piles up during this process. Similar to an hourglass. And since production must ensure that there is always 320 g for 40 drinks of 500 ml each, there is no other way to do this based on the nature of the powder/filling process. So don't worry, you will always get the specified amount.

Order/Payments - How can you change or delete your payment method?

How can I change or add payment method?

You can change your payment type at checkout, go to the Change/Add Payment Type field. Of course, you can also remove payment types here.

How can I use a coupon code?

The voucher codes you can enter during your order in the designated field in the Shopping basket enter. 1. products are in the "shopping cart", then click on the "shopping cart". 2. then click on "redeem coupons" * the field is located below the order. 3. enter the code in the field "coupon code". 4. Then just click on "Redeem" and the voucher will be applied to your order. Good to know: Vouchers cannot be combined. Only one voucher code can be used per order. If you have one voucher codes, please pay attention to a possible expiry date so as not to lose your advantage.

Can I also order outside of Germany and Austria?

If you are outside the delivery area, please contact us, we will find a solution for you as well.

Why is my requested article not available?

It can happen in very rare cases that articles were shown as available in the store, although it is already sold out. This may also be related to the reservations in the shopping cart. If you are affected by such a case, we would like to apologize to you! You can receive an info-mail for your desired item as soon as it is available again. We show an extra form for this on the article.

Can I check if my order was successfully submitted?

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. Under [the tracking number provided upon shipment ]you can view and track the status and shipment history of your order at any time.

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station or to my company?

Yes, this is also possible, please make sure to specify the delivery address and select the appropriate option when placing your order. Delivery to the company If you want your order to be delivered to your company, please make sure that the name is clearly indicated in the address supplement. Important: If you also want the invoice to be made out to the company, please make sure that the billing address is entered during the order process.

Can I change my address?

Yes you can! It is important that you do this before you place your order. You can change your shipping and billing address in your account: Account . If the address is a company, please enter the company name in the address addition.

Package was delivered damaged?

You have received a damaged package? Please be so kind and check if the goods are complete and undamaged and please contact us directly. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please let us know the item number as well as the order number. Please keep the package until we have clarified the matter with our shipping service provider and discussed how to proceed.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, but only as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Important: A cancellation of individual items is not possible. It is always the complete order canceled. In addition, this is only feasible as long as the goods have not been shipped. If your cancellation was successful, you will receive a corresponding e-mail as confirmation.

How can I complain about my ordered article?

You have received a defective article? We would like to apologize for this inconvenience! We ask you to create a complaint in your order overview under: Kontaktformular via the complaint form. Alternatively, you can write to us directly via the contact form [link to contact form]. So that we can take care of your request immediately, it is important to always indicate the order and item number as well as a short description of the reason for the complaint.

How can I return an article?

Please make sure that the goods you want to return are in their original condition. Also make sure to do this within the return period. The returned item will be carefully checked by us. If it is no longer in perfect condition, no credit will be issued. Optionally, you can also use the contact form to contact us. In any case, please include the order and item number and briefly tell us what your complaint is about.

When will I get my refund?

As a rule, a refund for a return takes up to 14 days from receipt of stock.

How can I change or reset my password?

You can change your password in your account under "Password & contact details". Here you can also change and re-enter your personal data and addresses.

I can't log in anymore?

Then please proceed as follows:
1. please check if your login email address was entered correctly.
2. if you have changed your e-mail address recently, please note that only your contact e-mail address has changed. Accordingly, your login email address will not change.
3. forgotten your password? Then simply use the "Forgot your password? Function in the login screen. Important: The new password will be sent to the e-mail address that is stored in your account.
4. As soon as you have triggered the "Forgotten password" function, you will receive a mail with a link. Through this link, you can simply assign a new password. If you have not received any mail, please check the spam folder.

How can I change my personal data?

You can change your password under the menu item : „ Mein Konto ". Here you can also change your personal data and your addresses and enter new. Billing / delivery address You can set a default delivery address, this is automatically stored with each order. You can also change it in the checkout in the shopping cart, before you have sent your order. Please note that a change of the billing / shipping address is no longer possible after submitting the order. If there is a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us by mail. Important: Please include your order number so that we can identify your order. Please also write your desired new address in the e-mail.

Can I change the email address?

Please note that if you change your contact email address, the email address for your login will not be possible. The login email address is bound to an account. A change of the login e-mail address is therefore unfortunately not possible. Therefore, the contact e-mail address may differ from the login e-mail address if you change it! However, the login e-mail address only serves as a user name and can therefore still be used for logging in. All e-mails from us or our payment service provider will always be sent to your contact e-mail address.
